Clipboard Content You Copy: When you use ClipKeep, the App captures text and links that you copy to your clipboard. This content is:

  • Stored locally on your computer only
  • Never transmitted to our servers
  • Fully deletable by you at any time

How We Use This Information:

  • Clipboard content is processed and stored locally on your computer
  • We do NOT store this information on our servers
  • We do NOT create profiles or track your clipboard history remotely

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

ClipKeep does not collect, store, or transmit:

  • Personal information (name, email, phone number, address)
  • Payment information
  • Device identifiers or location data
  • Browsing history or usage patterns
  • Any information beyond what is copied to your clipboard

4. Third-Party Processing

ClipKeep operates entirely offline and does not send your clipboard data to any third-party services. All processing happens locally on your device. No AI services, analytics platforms, or external APIs receive your clipboard content.

5. Data Storage and Retention

Local Storage Only:

  • Your clipboard history is stored only on your computer
  • No data is uploaded to cloud servers or external databases
  • When you uninstall ClipKeep, all local data is removed

No Account or Login:

  • ClipKeep does not require account creation
  • We do not maintain user profiles or remote histories

6. Data Security

Since all data remains on your local device, the security of your clipboard history depends on your device's security. We recommend keeping your operating system and security software up to date. You can use ClipKeep's blacklist feature to prevent sensitive applications (such as password managers) from having their content captured.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You maintain full control over your data:

  • Delete Clips: You can delete individual clips or your entire history at any time from within the App
  • Blacklist Apps: Prevent ClipKeep from capturing clipboard content from specific applications
  • Uninstall: Uninstalling ClipKeep removes all local data from your device

8. Children's Privacy

ClipKeep does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The App is intended for general productivity use by adults and older teens.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
