1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to ClipKeep! By downloading, installing, or using ClipKeep (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ClipKeep is a Windows desktop application that saves and manages your clipboard history. It preserves everything you copy — text, links, code snippets, and more — in a local, searchable archive so you can retrieve and paste any item at any time.

3. Your Data

When you use ClipKeep, clipboard content is captured and stored locally on your device. This information is:

  • Processed and stored locally on your computer
  • Never sent to our servers
  • Never shared with third parties
  • Fully under your control — you can delete any clip or your entire history at any time

4. App Features

ClipKeep's features are provided to assist your productivity and should be used as tools. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for the content you copy and store
  • You should not copy sensitive credentials or private information you would not want stored locally
  • You can blacklist specific applications to prevent ClipKeep from capturing their clipboard content
  • Pinned and organized clips remain until you manually remove them

5. No Cloud Services

ClipKeep operates entirely offline. We do not:

  • Sync your clipboard data to any cloud service
  • Process your clipboard content on remote servers
  • Require an account or login
  • Collect analytics or usage data from your clipboard

You are solely responsible for the security of your local device and the data stored on it.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its content (excluding your clipboard data) are owned by Fire-Arc Technologies and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
  • Use the App for commercial purposes without permission

Your clipboard data and any content you store belongs entirely to you.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • All clipboard content will be captured or preserved without loss
  • The App is suitable for storing highly sensitive or critical data

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of clipboard data due to system crashes, uninstallation, or hardware failure
  • Any sensitive information inadvertently captured by the App
  • Any losses or damages resulting from your use of the App

You use ClipKeep at your own risk.

9. Updates and Changes

We may update the App and these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using ClipKeep at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to discontinue the App without notice.
